Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers in R&D initiatives.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Optimize data pipelines for speed, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior AI/ML role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Proven experience designing systems on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
