Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement large-scale neural architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with zero latency.
- Quantum Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with our 2026 product vision and long-term business goals.
- Model Optimization: Drive the research and deployment of model pruning, quantization, and edge-computing optimizations to deploy AI on resource-constrained devices.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to global ethical guidelines, fairness standards, and regulatory requirements for autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Cirq, Qiskit) is highly desirable.
- Scalability: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that scale to millions of users and handle high concurrency.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, high-level technical problems with practical, elegant solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
