Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures for autonomous agents and generative AI applications.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, focusing on multi-modal learning, reinforcement learning, and ethical AI governance.
- Optimize Model Performance: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs to ensure low-latency inference and high accuracy in real-world scenarios.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric AI features.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve on global AI trends, contributing to white papers and internal technical strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Extensive proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Model Mastery: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, fine-tuning methodologies, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Deployment: Proven track record of deploying AI models to production using cloud-native services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
