Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure required to support business goals through 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing real-time data streams and complex neural computations.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and edge computing optimization.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all AI deployments adhere to rigorous data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is mandatory.
- Innovation: Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models that drive measurable business value.
