Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation AI architectures optimized for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the R&D strategy for scalable Machine Learning systems and edge computing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices for model deployment and optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Quantum AI and Neuro-symbolic computing.
- Define technical roadmaps that align with long-term business goals for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI governance, ethics, and safety protocols.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
