Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies and architectural patterns that will drive our products forward.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect resilient, high-performance systems capable of handling billions of data points and complex machine learning workloads.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize AI Pipelines: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams through complex technical challenges and guide them towards a shared vision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Innovation: A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for exploring emerging technologies like Quantum Computing or Neuromorphic chips.
