Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, focusing on large language models and predictive analytics.
- Lead technical strategy for system architecture, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization across distributed networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI guidelines.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML systems and cloud environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from conception to production deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
