Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, state-of-the-art machine learning models to drive our core product suite.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, and researchers.
- Research and prototype new algorithms in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to optimize inference performance on next-gen processors.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
