Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately and on time
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Stay updated on FLSA, DOL, and state-specific payroll regulations
- Support year-end processing including W-2 distribution and 1099s
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience required
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of FLSA compliance and wage-hour laws
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion
- Experience implementing payroll system upgrades or integrations
