Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for exempt/non-exempt employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Administer benefits enrollments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and state labor regulations
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll transitions
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- Deep understanding of FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Proven problem-solving with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Ability to start within 7-10 days of offer
