Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and calculate overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS regulations, and Texas labor laws
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliation
- Support HR initiatives with payroll data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with finance team on budget forecasting and audit preparation
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS Form 941, and Texas payroll laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
