Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Implement and audit timekeeping systems with biometric clock integration
- Lead quarterly payroll compliance audits and SOX documentation
- Train HR staff on payroll policies and system updates
- Optimize payroll processes using provided automation tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years US payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
- Familiarity with Arizona state payroll regulations
- High-level attention to detail and zero-error tolerance
