Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance for 200+ employees
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through detailed auditing and reconciliation
- Support HR initiatives with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for leadership review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with FLSA, ACA, and state-specific labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
