Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, local ordinances)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through detailed audit trails and employee consultations
- Develop and maintain payroll reports for CFO and HR leadership
- Optimize payroll workflows using process automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant professional certification (CPP preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Proven track record of maintaining 99.9% payroll accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills with audit resolution experience
