Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate weekly/monthly payroll for 200+ employees
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and deductions in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with exceptional service
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll system integrations
- Maintain confidential payroll records and audit trails
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP/Paychamp systems
- Proficient in multi-state payroll compliance (CA, AZ, NV)
- ADP Workforce Now or Ceridian certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and ACA reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
