Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for diverse workforce
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through meticulous reconciliation of timekeeping systems
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and HR leadership
- Coordinate year-end processing and W-2 distribution
- Implement process improvements using ADP Workforce Now expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with FLSA, FICA, and state unemployment regulations
- Proven problem-solving with high-volume payroll scenarios
- Ability to start immediately with minimal onboarding
