Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage employee time records and overtime calculations
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Prepare and file payroll tax forms (941, 940, W-2)
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA and Texas labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
