Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, deductions, and bonuses for accuracy
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax filings
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software systems
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax compliance
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail skills
