Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll cycles for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile time records, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and year-end tax filings (W-2s, 1099s)
- Conduct internal payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Stay updated on FLSA, DOL, and state-specific payroll regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation-related projects
- Support payroll system upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and Georgia payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
