Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP and SAP systems
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and deductions across all 50 states
- Conduct regular payroll audits and reconcile GL accounts
- Respond to payroll inquiries within SLA with 99.8% accuracy
- Implement new hire onboarding and offboarding payroll procedures
- Collaborate with HR and Finance during compensation reviews
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Enterprise or SAP Payroll certification required
- Deep knowledge of federal/state wage/hour regulations
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll software
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven problem-solving with payroll discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
