Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (CA, FLSA)
- Manage garnishments, tax withholdings, and year-end reconciliations (W-2s/1099s)
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLAs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP/Workday
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of CA labor laws and multi-state payroll
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven problem-solving with payroll discrepancies
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
