Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely for 500+ employees
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll system enhancements
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
- Stay updated on FLSA, ACA, and Arizona labor law changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of multi-state tax laws and compliance
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in fast-paced environment
