Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll biweekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for KY and surrounding states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement new hire onboarding for payroll systems
- Collaborate with HR on employee compensation changes
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and compliance reports
- Support time-off accrual tracking and PTO calculations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, KY state labor laws, and IRS regulations
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and time-tracking integration
- Proven ability to handle confidential employee data
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
