Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, CA labor laws)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLAs
- Prepare quarterly/yearly tax filings and W-2 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (ADP required)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance
- Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills for employee inquiries
- Experience with time and attendance systems
