Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and garnishment payments
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Manage time and attendance data integration with HRIS systems
- Conduct payroll audits and document all processes
- Support year-end 401(k) and benefits administration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
- Proficient with ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll software
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and Texas labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
