Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and resolve discrepancies with department managers
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local payroll tax filings
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and voluntary deductions accurately
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Conduct new hire onboarding for payroll documentation
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Ohio labor regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or 3+ years payroll experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Excellent attention to detail with 100% accuracy record
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional certification (CPP/FPC) preferred
