Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Coordinate tax preparation and regulatory compliance documentation
- Implement and optimize accounting controls and internal procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years' experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel (advanced functions), and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
