Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks databases and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and tax seasons
- Provide financial insights to support client business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax preparation expertise
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CA CPA license or eligibility required
