Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support budgeting and planning processes for departmental initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
- Monitor KPIs and develop executive-level dashboards
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Document financial procedures and improve reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CMA, CFA, or CPA preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
