Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Monitor KPIs and budget variances with actionable recommendations
- Support forecasting models and scenario analysis for business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
- Maintain and optimize financial databases for accuracy
- Present findings to stakeholders using visual dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
