- Collaborate with loan officers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies
- Utilize credit scoring models and financial analysis software
- Document all credit analysis activities in compliance with audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of credit analysis or commercial lending experience
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis (balance sheets, income statements)
- Strong understanding of credit risk principles and lending regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
