Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal, state, and industry-specific compliance regulations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into daily operations
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise leadership on implications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of compliance experience in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of SOX, HIPAA, or FINRA regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
