  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Investigate potential violations and coordinate corrective actions with department heads
  • Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of compliance experience in healthcare, finance, or regulated industries
