Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations in Illinois.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.

- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
