Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Process payroll entries and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records.
- Assist with tax preparation support and filing as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
