Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank transactions

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support audits and tax preparation processes
- Implement financial controls and procedural improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Xero proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) preferred
