Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll support
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Assist with tax documentation and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) preferred
