Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable within Net-15 terms
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets and P&L
- Manage payroll processing for 10-15 employees weekly
- Assist with quarterly sales tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement QuickBooks cloud-based accounting systems
- Generate variance analysis reports for client stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and Minnesota tax regulations
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
