Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Manage client bookkeeping software (QuickBooks Online)
- Support audits and financial compliance reviews
- Provide financial insights to senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
