- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports

- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and transaction management
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and financial analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of GAAP and California tax laws
