Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Cash checks and handle currency and coin with extreme accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.
- Assist with opening new accounts and maintaining customer records.
- Ensure the branch is secure by following all banking compliance and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maintain an organized and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
- Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor.
