Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation.
- Assist with opening new accounts and processing new account paperwork.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous banking or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic banking software.
