Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions to ensure integrity of financial records
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with ATM operations and night vault services as needed
- Participate in branch marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with basic financial software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Must pass background check and obtain required banking licenses
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided in advance)
