Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and educating customers on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to maintain compliance with bank policies
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer financial needs
- Uphold strict security protocols and confidentially handle sensitive customer information
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- 6+ months of cash handling or customer service experience required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency with financial software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic banking systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- Must pass background check and obtain required banking certifications
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed (20-25 hours/week)
