Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting software.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and manage high-volume data entry.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Assist in month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred).
- 1-2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting).
