Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all AP documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment discrepancies
- Support implementation of new AP automation technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with AP automation tools (e.g., Tipalti, Bill.com)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
