Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with payroll processing for multiple clients.
- Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Assist the senior team with year-end tax preparation and audit support.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
