- Oversee daily bookkeeping operations, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
