Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and monthly financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare payroll records and assist with quarterly tax filings
- Analyze financial data and generate performance reports
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Manage QuickBooks data entry and software optimization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (CPA/EA) a plus
