Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and compliance reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial initiatives
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Nebraska residency required
